The Philsports Arena in Pasig City hosted the Dugtong Buhay Movement Bloodletting Program participated by hundreds of donors from various government institutions.

The program was headed by agencies such as the Department of Budget and Management, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Philippine Red Cross, Philippine Coast Guard, and the Philippine Sports Commission.

PSC Chairman Richard Bachmann and Executive Director Paulo Francisco Tatad applauded the genuine objective of the program in saving others’ lives made possible by an inter-agency collaboration.

DBM Sec. Amenah Pangandaman, MMDA Chairperson Romando Artes, Red Cross Sec-gen. Gwendolyn Pang, and PCG Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan also came into the program.
